Payment and Registration Terms
Class tuition is per person per course, as noted above. Seating is limited, and your registration is confirmed only upon payment. Payment is required two (2) weeks before the date of the class. Your company purchase order, check or a major credit card are accepted. Please make checks payable to Breakaway Technologies, Inc.
If you cancel your registration more than ten (10) business days before the class, there is no charge. If you cancel between six (6) and ten (10) business days before the class, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the tuition cost. If you cancel within five (5) business days of the class, you will be charged full tuition. Precluding emergencies, if Breakaway Technologies cancels a class, all students will be notified at least five (5) business days prior to the planned start date, along with an offered alternate schedule or a full refund. Breakaway Technologies will not be held responsible for non-refundable plane tickets and reservations.
If you reschedule more than five (5) business days before the class, there is no penalty. If you reschedule within five (5) business days of a class, there is a 10% penalty. All classes must be rescheduled within two (2) months.
Regardless of when you notify Breakaway Learning Center, you will be assessed a 50% penalty for rescheduling a subsequently scheduled class and if you notify us within five (5) business days of the start of class, you will also be assessed an additional penalty of 50% of the tuition.
All complaints must be documented in writing and sent to Breakaway Technologies, 800 Township Line Road, Suite 350 Yardley, PA, 19067. All complaints will be reviewed and a formal written response will be provided by Breakaway Technologies.
