Summary:

The Support Analyst Role is a combination of Business, Technical, and Functional consulting position, focused on providing support to clients.  As a vital team member, this person would need to apply their conceptual understanding of hardware, software, and process understanding in order to solve production issues and get mission critical systems functioning properly.  This person will need to have the capacity to understand the inter-connectivity between applications and solutions built in: ERP, CRM, BI, DW, BW, DB furthermore they would need to be able to follow ETL processes in order to tie out data for the purposes of validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As part of the support team, you will be answering questions, solving problems, and documenting the process on an ad hoc basis in line with contractual service level agreements.
  • Working with clients in a fast paced environment while supporting their production systems.
  • Understanding and following data flow through various system processes in order to validate the data processing.
  • Maintain: Applications, Templates, and Databases while adhering to client set business process and protocol for standard operating procedures.

Travel Required; amount varies by project and group. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity with excellent training, compensation, and benefits.

Required Skills

  • Support experience logging tickets and or working as part of a systems integration team.
  • Experience and or understanding of Finical Business Process ie: PnL statements, Cash flow, Capital Expenditures, Balance sheets, Budgeting, Planning and Foresting(Cycles)
  • SQL or VBA (Statements, Stored Procedures, Inner and Outer joins, etc).
  • Knowledge  of OLAP technologies using Analysis Services (ETL integration)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and designing MS Office applications using VBA and Macros
  • Understanding Virtual Environments, MS RDC Functionality, and basic computer knowledge around Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7.

Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
