Payment Terms and Policies

Payment Terms: Class tuition noted with each course is per person. Payment is required two (2) weeks before the class. Seating is limited and confirmation is confirmed only when your payment is received. Your company purchase order is acceptable up to two (2) weeks before the start date. Please make checks payable to: Breakaway Technologies, Inc.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration more that ten (10) business days before the class, there is no charge. If you cancel between six (6) and ten (10) business days before the class, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the tuition cost. If you cancel within five (5) business days of the class, you will be charged full tuition.

Rescheduling Policy: If you reschedule more than five (5) business days before the class, there is no penalty. If you reschedule within five (5) business days of a class, there is a 10% penalty. All classes must be rescheduled within two (2) months.

Subsequent Rescheduling: Regardless of when you notify Breakaway Learning Center, you will be assessed a 50% penalty for rescheduling a subsequently scheduled class and if you notify us within five (5) business days of the start of class, you will also be assessed an additional penalty of 50% of the tuition.

Complaint Resolution: All complaints must be documented in writing and sent to Tom Rowland, President and Tatiana Skakun, Learning Center; Breakaway Technologies, 385 Oxford Valley Road, Suite 322, Yardley, PA, 19067. All complaints will be reviewed and a formal written response will be provided by Breakaway Technologies
