Title: Practice Lead
Location: US
Summary:
The Practice Lead position is responsible for managing and growing Breakaway's
west cost operations. Key responsibilities include account management ,
solution delivery, and business development:

Participates in the pre-sales process to help establish functional (finance)
and/or industry credibility (pharmaceutical, financial services, retail,
manufacturing, etc.) with potential customers in the BPM/BI software selection.

Actively manages designated projects and customer accounts to ensure successful
completion of project and customer satisfaction.

Supports the implementation of technology-enabled processes for Business
Performance Management solutions.

Travel Required; amount varies by project and group.
Required Skills/Experience:
-
10+ years experience in a senior role business development or project
management role in a consulting services organization

Financial systems implementation experience (preferably OLAP – SAP BPC,
Cognos TM1, Hyperion, etc.)

Experience in business requirements gathering and writing functional
requirements; Strong written and verbal communication skills; good
organization skills

Good interpersonal skills are essential to effectively managing customers and
projects
-
A willingness to be part of a team of individuals and the ability to learn
quickly is also important

Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Retail, or Manufacturing experience
Education:
Advanced business, technical degree or equivalent experience.
